Dear Mrs. Lee,

I am Sun Han who is one of the tenants in your apartment at 201, Palace Flat, Swiss Cottage, Brington. I am writing to let you know about some inconvenience that I have experienced in the house on behalf of all my flatmates.

Firstly, I appreciate that you sent a repairman promptly when one of my flatmates called you and explained the situation. However, he could not fix the heater and we all are still struggling with the cold weather. This situation has inconvenienced us in so many ways. Some of us have caught an aucte cold with a high fever. The repairman said that the machine was way too old and he could not get any necessary replacement of the heater to fix it.

Yesterday, all my flatmates got together to discuss this situation and we all reached the same opinion that the heater must be replaced with a new one as soon as possible because winter is just around the corner. If this problem will not be fixed within this week, I am afraid that we will have to look for another place and ask for a full month's refund of our stay.
