Dear Sanghee,

I am Sunyoung, your new tenant who has signed a rental agreement for the apartment at 14, Inheon-Dong, Seoul on the 3rd of next month. I am writing to let you know that I will not be available to move into your apartment on the scheduled day.

You are already aware of the fact that I am currently working in another city for the project that I have been involved in. Unfortunately, my company has decided to put the project deadline off for a couple of weeks and accept some additional tasks from the client who is very important to the company; therefore, I have to live in my current city for one more month than I planned.

I believe that I will wrap up the task within two weeks and move into your apartment on the 25th of November. Even though my move into the apartment will be late, I will pay for the rent in accordance to the contract.
