Dear Ms. Lee,

I am Sunyoung Han, a temporary student of the Art of Software Design class, and staying in room 110 in the student apartment provided for the registered attendees. I am writing to discuss the problems that I am currently experiencing in my accommodation.

There is an unbearable noise from the elevator which is located just next to my door, and now I can clearly hear the harsh sound whenever it goes up and down. During the first few days, the noise did not really irritate me since it was negligible. However, the sound was getting louder and louder and ended up disrupting my sleep. Even my roommate has become extremely nervous due to the incessant noise.

I expected that I would have an accessible dorm room with a private bathroom. However, it is also quite far from the lecture room that I have to attend every day. It takes me almost tweenty minutes by foot. In addition, there is only a public bathroom that I have to share with other students.

In line with this, I would like to request for a room near the lecture hall, preferably one with its own bathroom. I would like to enjoy this special academic opportunity and fully focus on archieving my goals with the informative and practical discussions before I go back to my country.
